ABOUT FRANK J. PELLY, JR.

With more than 40 years of experience in real estate as a builder/ developer, Frank J. Pelly, Jr. is a seasoned professional skilled in both residential and commercial sectors. His career began with selling residential properties for a well-established company in the North Hills. After gaining insight into the needs and preferences of customers, he started his own custom home building company. He successfully designed and constructed over 1,000 custom homes, ranging from entry-level to high end homes over $1,000,000. His accomplishments earned him several awards from prestigious institutions like the North Suburban Builders Association and the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. In addition to his residential ventures, Frank Pelly also created and sold over 100 residential development projects. He also developed in excess of 2,500 building lots with another 3,000+ lots under development.

Frank began his career as a remodeling contractor in 1973 and has grown as an esteemed builder and developer of custom townhomes, single-family residences, commercial projects, and development sites. Frank has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of construction. He utilizes skilled craftsmanship that cultivate recurring customers and long-lasting business relationships. Producing the finest quality homes and projects, regardless of size, budget, or business concept. To date, Frank has executed over 2,800 single-family subdivisions and commercial projects, and in excess of 1,000 residential homesites with numbers on the rise.
